Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital in Danvers, MA is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to ensure exceptional client and patient experiences while supporting the Practice Manager and COS in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability.
The Shift Lead will perform the duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed, supervise day-to-day operations, schedule staff, ensure compliance, and uphold Banfield's Five Principles in daily practice.
