Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS in guiding a veterinary team and maximizing hospital productivity. The Shift Lead will perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed and ensure exceptional client and patient care.
You will lead by example, supervise staff, ensure adherence to Banfield policies, and help deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
