Banfield is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff, guiding the team to deliver exceptional client and patient experiences. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining smooth hospital operations, and stepping in as Client Services Coordinator or Veterinary Assistant when required.
