Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital in Wakefield, MA, is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional client and pet experiences. The Shift Lead will also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.
You will help ensure efficient scheduling, adherence to practice policies, and maintaining high standards of care and service in a fast-paced hospital environment.
