Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team in delivering exceptional client and pet experiences. You will support the Practice Manager and COS, perform client services coordinator duties, and step in for Veterinary Assistant tasks as needed.
The role emphasizes leadership, client education about wellness plans and hospital services, and maintaining high standards of care and service while promoting Banfield's Five Principles.
