Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital in Hampstead, MD is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS, guiding the team to deliver high-quality care and client service while maintaining hospital productivity.
The Shift Lead will perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed, supervise daily operations, and promote the Five Principles to foster a positive, efficient team dedicated to exceptional pet care.
