Job description
Small Door in Brookline, MA seeks a Veterinarian Leader to oversee clinical operations and mentor a team of 1–5 doctors. You’ll drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention in collaboration with regional leadership, and partner with Operations to ensure consistent doctor coverage and high-quality care.
Uphold Small Door’s hospitality standards, maintain DEA/OSHA compliance, and monitor medical quality and client satisfaction.
