Job description
MedVet Boston in Newton, MA is seeking a Medical Director to lead a new 24/7 emergency and multi-specialty hospital. This leadership role partners with the Hospital Director to guide Emergency and Specialty services and foster a culture of care.
The Medical Director will hire and develop doctors, manage performance, oversee workflows, and collaborate on budgets and strategic plans with the Regional Medical Director and Finance leadership.
