Job description
Small Door is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead clinical operations for our growing network. You will diagnose and treat pets, mentor 1–5 doctors, and collaborate with leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top veterinary talent.
This role offers a competitive salary: $195,000–$215,000 with a potential bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, parental leave, 401(k) matching, and commuter benefits. You’ll uphold hospitality and clinical excellence across clinics.
