Job description
Ohana Pet Hospital in Ventura, California, seeks a Clinical Development Veterinarian to mentor veterinarians, coach clinical decision‑making, and lead regional education across Ventura County and surrounding hospitals.
You’ll divide time between hands‑on small animal care at your home hospital and regional travel (up to 50%) to develop teams, promote evidence‑based medicine, and drive the WVP Launch Mentorship Program.
