Job description

Build Something. Lead Something. Leave It Better Than You Found It.

Some managers keep the wheels turning. Others build teams, improve operations, develop people, and leave an organization stronger than they found it. At Bear Creek Animal Hospital, we're looking for the second kind of leader. This is an opportunity to partner closely with an engaged practice owner, lead a dedicated team, and help shape the future of a growing veterinary hospital. Veterinary experience is valuable, but great leadership comes from many places. Whether you've led teams in veterinary medicine, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or another service-focused environment, we're looking for someone who knows how to build trust, solve problems, and bring out the best in people.

Why Bear Creek?

Our mission is simple: provide exceptional care so pets and their families can enjoy more years together. We're a growing small animal practice with ambitious goals and a team that genuinely cares about each other, our patients, and our clients. As Practice Manager, you won't simply maintain the business. You'll help guide what's next. Working alongside a supportive owner, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen culture, develop leaders, improve operations, and make a lasting impact on the hospital's future.
