Veterinary Practice Manager
Bayshore Animal Clinic has proudly served the South Tampa community for more than 25 years, delivering exceptional veterinary care focused on prevention, wellness, client education, and compassionate medicine.
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead and support one of Tampa’s most respected veterinary hospitals. This opportunity is ideal for a collaborative, people-focused leader who thrives in veterinary operations, team development, and hospital leadership.

Compensation & Schedule
$75,000–$85,000 annual salary based on experience
Annual performance bonus
Full‑Time salaried leadership role
Hospital Hours
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Closed Sundays
