Veterinary ReceptionistShirlington Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for providing excellent client service in a fast-paced veterinary environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional, and compassionate approachCheck patients in and out efficiently and accuratelyAnswer and manage a multi-line phone systemSchedule appointments and assist with daily clinic flowMaintain accurate medical records and client informationProcess payments and handle basic administrative dutiesCommunicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and clientsSupport clinic operations as neededQualifications:Previous veterinary reception or veterinary clinic experience requiredExperience with Avimark is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently at times and as part of a teamFriendly, professional, and reliable work ethicBenefits Include:Paid Time Off (PTO)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionGenerous staff pet discountsNo boarding or grooming - just medicine!What We Offer:Competitive pay of $18–$22 per hour based on experienceA supportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth and professional developmentIf you are passionate about animals, team culture, enjoy helping clients, and thrive in a busy clinic setting, we would love to hear from you!
