Client Service RepresentativeMebane Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.We're looking for a smart, happy, dependable, outgoing, and engaging team member who genuinely enjoys interacting with pets and their people. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment where no two days look exactly the same.Schedule and compensation:Compensation: $15 - 18 per hour, for each hour workedSchedule: This is a full-time position, with a 5 x 8 schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
