Veterinary Receptionist OpportunitySouthern Veterinary Center is a newly remodeled, fast-paced animal hospital dedicated to providing the highest level of care for cats and dogs. We are looking for a friendly and organized Part Time or Full Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!About the Role: As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere while keeping our busy front desk running smoothly.Responsibilities include:Answering and directing phone callsChecking clients and patients in and outHandling large cash and credit transactions accuratelyCommunicating with pet owners in person and by phoneManaging prescription refills and coordinating with our online pharmacyMaintaining accurate client and patient recordsSupporting the veterinary team with daily administrative needsIdeal Candidate:Friendly, professional, and able to multitask in a busy environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable using computers and learning veterinary softwarePrevious veterinary or medical office experience is a plusFluency in Spanish a plus!Why Join Us:Work in a beautiful, newly remodeled hospitalBe part of a supportive, animal-loving teamOpportunities to learn and grow within the veterinary fieldCompensation: Competitive pay based on experience. $14-$18 Schedule: 2-4 week days 7:30-5:30. 1-2 Saturdays a month 8:00-12:00.If you love helping people and their pets and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
