You'll:Warmly greet clients and check in patientsAnswer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficientlyAccurately enter and maintain client and patient informationProcess payments and handle invoicesCommunicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding services, policies, and their pets' needsMaintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby areaAssist with administrative responsibilitiesSupport the veterinary team as needed to help keep the day running smoothlyWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with organization, dependability, and a genuine love for animals.
