Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS, helping guide the team to deliver outstanding client and patient care. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring efficient scheduling, and maintaining high standards of service and medical quality.
You will perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed, while modeling Banfield’s Five Principles to foster a positive, productive hospital culture.
