Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS in guiding the team to deliver high-quality veterinary care and exceptional client service. You will supervise staff, schedule coverage, ensure adherence to protocols, and promote a positive culture.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for preventive care. Weekend and evening availability is required.
