Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to provide leadership across shifts, perform CSC and veterinary assistant duties, and support hospital operations. You will work with the Practice Manager and COS to ensure smooth communication with clients, associates, and leadership while guiding paraprofessional staff.
The role includes leading a paraprofessional team, promoting professional client service, and maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
