Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, ensure exceptional client and pet experiences, and support the Practice Manager and COS in achieving productivity and profitability. This role includes stepping into Client Services Coordinator and Vet Assistant duties as needed.
You will supervise daily operations, schedule staff, and maintain Banfield standards, policies, and patient care quality while fostering a positive team environment.
