Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to balance leadership and paraprofessional duties in a busy clinical setting. You will prioritize tasks, support the Practice Manager, and guide a veterinary team to deliver high‑quality client service and pet care.
Approximately 20% leadership and 80% paraprofessional duties, including client education, assisting in procedures, scheduling, and maintaining medical records, while upholding Banfield's Five Principles.
