Job description
Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Shift Lead to perform CSC and/or veterinary assistant duties while providing leadership across shifts. You will support hospital leadership, coordinate paraprofessional staff, and help maximize productivity and client satisfaction in a busy veterinary setting.
The role balances paraprofessional care (approximately 80%) with leadership responsibilities (approximately 20%), ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.
