Job description
Banfield is seeking a Shift Lead to provide leadership on multiple shifts while performing paraprofessional duties as a veterinary assistant/technician. You will help ensure high-quality client care, smooth hospital operations, and strong teamwork with the Practice Manager and COS.
The role requires balancing 20% leadership tasks with 80% paraprofessional duties, including client education, handling records, assisting with procedures, and ensuring safety and efficiency across the hospital.
