Small Animal Vet - Independent Practice - 1 in 6 weekends!

The Practice and Team
This is a modern, well-equipped small animal practice designed to support a high standard of first opinion care. You'll be working alongside an experienced and approachable team of vets and nurses, with a collaborative culture that encourages case discussion and shared learning. Sole charge is limited, meaning support is always available when needed.

The Role
A varied GP role combining consults and surgery.
Responsibilities
Manage a broad caseload with continuity
Perform routine and developing surgical procedures
Work cases up to a high standard
Build strong client relationships
CPD and Development
Funded CPD with access to external courses
Certificate support with financial backing and protected study time
A team culture that encourages clinical discussion and development
What You'll Need
3+ years small animal experience
Confident with routine surgery and consults
Team-focused and collaborative
