Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
State Veterinary Board License in good standing in the state of employment.
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
Board Certified Veterinary Surgeon or Residency Trained Veterinarian.
