\ N The Opportunity
\ NWe're seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our leadership team as Technician Supervisor. This role suits someone who loves mentoring others and staying hands-on with patient care, while helping lead daily hospital operations.
\ N What You'll Do
\ NLeadership & Team Development
\ N Lead, mentor, andsupport a team of Veterinary Technicians and Assistants
\ N Assist with onboarding,training, coaching, and development
\ N Support scheduling and staffing to keep hospital operations running smoothly
\ N Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching
\ N Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team
\ N Clinical Responsibilities
\ N Assist with surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and recovery
\ N Perform dental prophylaxis, charting, and dental radiographs
\ N Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
\ N Collect lab samples andperform in-house diagnostics
\ N Monitor hospitalized patients and provide high-quality nursing care
\ N Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital safety/quality protocols
\ N Support clear, compassionate client communication and education
\ N Operational Excellence
\ N Partner with leadership to improve workflow efficiency and patient care standards
\ N Help manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance
\ N Support rollout of hospital initiatives, training programs, and best practices
\ N What We're Looking For
\ N Registered Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, LVMT, RVT)
\ N Strong clinical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, patient nursing, and diagnostics
\ N Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
\ N Ability to lead by example and inspire team engagement
\ N A passion for exceptional patient care and team development
