Position Overview

The SDR plays a key role in managing and overseeing the lead conversion process. You will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, qualifying and converting leads to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls.

Set appointments between brokerages and the sales team.

Promote products and services, including upcoming webinars.

Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing brokerage needs.

Develop and maintain customer relationships while qualifying leads.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For

Strong communication skills in English (C1 level minimum).

A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to rapid changes and ambiguity.

Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results.

A customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs.

Collaborative and a team player, capable of working with both marketing and sales teams.

Core Efficiencies

This role requires strengths in:

Lead qualification and conversion.

Client relationship management.

Time management and the ability to work autonomously.

Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Zoho CRM.

Strong sales acumen with an understanding of customer needs and objections.

Objectives

Successfully convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Set a consistent number of appointments each week.

Deliver engaging presentations of services and webinars to potential clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM system.

Demonstrate high-quality customer service by addressing brokerage needs and concerns.

Meet or exceed individual lead conversion and appointment-setting targets.

Develop an in-depth understanding of the US insurance industry to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

Successfully set appointments for the sales team with qualified brokerages.

Demonstrate proficiency in using Zoho CRM to track leads and interactions.

Develop strong relationships with clients and begin to convert leads into opportunities.

Education and Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar SDR role.

Proven success in client engagement and lead conversion.

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
