To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.Scope: A Via Fill Operator will operate via fill and planarization equipment to create a superior bond between copper and increase functionality within core surfaces. A Via Fill Operator will also perform all necessary quality and process checks, daily housekeeping and minor preventative maintenance.Duties and Responsibilities:Read and interpret shop traveler to verify WO number and panel quantity, as well as ensure that all previous operation were completedRead and interpret document instructions carefully and correctlyInspect work product prior to processing through via-fill equipment for plug holes, void holes and any abnormality in the quality of the holesApply non-conductive paste onto equipment which will be applied onto boardsOperate Mass via fill equipment and Pola Massa and SV-100 planarization systemsInspect, verify and approve sustainability of via fill/planarization process prior to moving it to the next departmentFollow all departmental process procedures correctly and respectivelyComplete all departmental documentation accurately including travelerMaintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace in compliance with DDi Safety PoliciesFollow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing of chemicalsEssential Knowledge and Skills:Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the jobMust be able to stand throughout the shift, and lift up to 30 lbs. without strainingMust be able to work with solventAble to read prints and drawingsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience working in a manufacturing environment preferredCompensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.
