Pay
Pay or shift range: $112,000 USD to $140,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
This role is pivotal in developing strategic nursing initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
Qualifications
Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO LTC standards.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a facility of comparable size and complexity is preferred.
RN license in good standing in Massachusetts.
Demonstrated evidence of meeting baseline proficiency in the following competencies:
