Job description
Fox Entertainment has been a powerhouse in American broadcasting for over 35 years, home to some of the most recognizable shows on television. In 2019, the company reinvented itself with a long-term growth strategy that went far beyond the broadcast network. They acquired Bento Box Entertainment (the studio behind Bob's Burgers), bought TMZ, partnered with Gordon Ramsay on Studio Ramsay Global, and launched their own in-house unscripted and scripted studios. More recently, Fox has moved aggressively into AI-driven production through FoxNXT, their innovation studio, and into vertical content through a $40 million deal with Dhar Mann Studios. They are no longer just a network. They are building a content empire across formats, platforms, and technologies.
ABOUT FOXNXT
FoxNXT operates around four pillars: R&D, Production, Talent, and Education. The studio prototypes AI workflows, tests them in real productions, trains creative teams to use them, and recruits people who think natively in this space. They work across every content type Fox produces. The guiding principle is that AI is a creative co-pilot, not a replacement. Everything they ship keeps the human at the center while pushing what's possible in speed, scale, and storytelling quality.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a senior executive role responsible for identifying, designing, and scaling productions where AI drives the core creative pipeline. You would blend creative leadership with technical expertise to develop new formats, compress production timelines, and deliver experiences that traditional workflows simply can't produce. You report into FoxNXT leadership and work closely with showrunners, producers, marketing, distribution, and R&D teams across the company.
