Define success metrics and hold the portfolio accountable to measurable business and user outcomes
Map and continuously improve the end-to-end travel journey, prioritizing the highest-impact investments
Ground decisions in customer research, data, and direct travel manager feedback
Partner with engineering, design, data and analytics, and commercial leaders to align priorities and delivery
Influence senior stakeholders by communicating strategy, trade-offs, and progress with clarity and credibility

Ability to prioritize ruthlessly across competing, high-value demands
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management
