Job description
SitusAMC is seeking a Vice President with strong CMBS rating agency expertise to lead rating agency calls and manage conduit and large loan closings. You will work closely with the Primary Trading Desk and Head of Conduit Underwriting to coordinate agency execution across loans in closing.
The role requires 10+ years in CRE rating agency, lending, underwriting, or credit, and deep knowledge of rating agency criteria. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
