YourMission
Strategicdevelopment, innovation responsibility (AI, products, etc.), and technical andhierarchical leadership of the Planning Consulting team in Germany,Switzerland, and South Africa
Channelresponsibility for diamond partner Jedox
Responsibilityfor the entire customer and project portfolio including budgets and qualityassurance of the Planning consulting division
Trustworthyand goal-oriented collaboration with other technology partners, HICOmanagement, and colleagues
Activeleadership of complex projects – from conception to roll-out, including riskand conflict management
YourProfile
Severalyears of leadership experience (team and department management) in BI, EPM, andcontrolling environments
Severalyears of consulting experience
Provenexpertise in designing and implementing modern planning and reportingsolutions, as well as deploying productivity-enhancing AI solutions
Deepunderstanding of business processes, corporate governance, and controlling
Degreein (business) computer science, business administration, MBA, or comparablequalification
Technicalexpertise in Jedox, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1),or other common BI and planning tools
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills at management level
Residencein Germany or willingness to relocate
FluentGerman and fluent English (minimum C1 level)
