Job description

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX and other major U.S. cities seeks a Vice President to lead customer marketing and advocacy for our Payments business. You will design programs that elevate client voices, strengthen relationships, and drive advocacy across our global payments solutions.

You will partner with Product, Sales, and Client Services, establish KPIs, oversee campaigns and events, manage budgets, and mentor cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into measurable client impact.
