Vice President/Director - US Futures & Asset Manager CoverageLocation: NY, Chicago, or LondonFounded 19 years ago and headquartered in Chicago, the DV Group of financial services firms has grown to more than 450 people operating throughout the world. Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity and hedging opportunities to financial participants, commodity producers and counterparties worldwide. DV Group affiliates also include two broker dealers, an introducing broker in commodities, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and several investment advisory firms.Overview: We are seeking a senior Vice President/Director – US Futures Sales & Asset Manager Coverage to drive growth across our US futures platform, with a primary focus on expanding relationships with asset managers. This role is designed for a commercially driven professional who can combine strong client connectivity with a strategic, market-facing approach to positioning and distributing futures capabilities.You will work closely with trading, research, and leadership teams to increase visibility, deepen engagement, and grow revenue across asset management clients while maintaining exposure to broader futures markets.Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth across US-listed futures and options, with a focus on asset managersDevelop and expand relationships with:Asset Managers (macro, fixed income, CTA, systematic)Select hedge funds and institutional investorsAct as a market-facing ambassador for the firm's futures capabilities, products, and execution strengthsPartner with trading teams to position strategies, spreads, basis, rolls, and execution solutionsIdentify new distribution opportunities and under-penetrated client segmentsCoordinate client outreach, presentations, and targeted marketing initiativesRepresent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry eventsRequirements:8–15+ years of experience in US futures sales, asset manager coverage, or institutional derivatives marketingPrior experience at an FCM, bank, asset manager, or futures brokerageStrong, existing relationships with asset management firmsProven ability to grow client engagement, volumes, and revenuesSolid understanding of:US futures markets (CME and related venues)Rates, equity index, and/or commodity futuresClient workflows, margining, and clearing structuresExperience operating at a VP/Director or equivalent senior levelBenefits:Discretionary bonus eligibilityMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA, FSA, and Dependent Care optionsEmployer Paid Group Term Life and AD&D InsuranceVoluntary LTD, Life & AD&D insuranceFlexible vacation policyRetirement plan with employer matchPaid parental leaveWellness ProgramsAnnual compensation range: Base salary: $100K - $150K + industry leading discretionary bonus based on candidate experience and performanceDV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
