Having helped launch Silicon Valley decades ago, HP is making significant investments in technology innovation today across its diverse product portfolio to advance how people live and work. At HP, we envision a world in which technology serves and enhances lives everywhere. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere, at any time—and that it takes just one to change the world. Today, HP is among the most sustainable, just, and inclusive technology companies.

Our mission is to deliver magical experiences for tens of millions of global customers, enabled by state‑of‑the‑art AI‑native applications and platforms (infrastructure, data, shared software, developer experience). The CTO, Software team also leads technical innovation and external engagements within the software and AI ecosystems and developer communities.

The Vice President, Engineering Engagement role within the CTO, Software organization will define and lead a new vision and operating model for delivering software and platform engineering capabilities as internal services to HP product teams.
