VP FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (AMERICAS) – CHICAGO LAND AREA / NORTHERN IL / KENOSHA WI ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a large, established North American business with a substantial corporate and industrial real estate footprint, based in Northern Illinois. Continued investment in its workplace portfolio has created an opportunity for an experienced facilities leader to oversee their Americas-wide property portfolio across the US, Canada and LATAM regions. ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead all aspects of facilities and workplace delivery across a large international portfolio of predominantly industrial real estate. The role is responsible for ensuring the in-house FM team delivers building operations, interiors, grounds, amenities and employee services.
You’ll also oversee external partners, drive operating standards, and help shape the business's longer-term workplace and capital strategy. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Master’s degree required
Senior facilities leadership experience within large industrial portfolios, or critical environments, essential
Strong experience leading large, well-skilled multidisciplinary facilities teams
Able to manage and communicate with a diverse range of critical stakeholders.
