Job description
Great opportunity with a growing company. The Vice President will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and strategic finance. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, support data-driven decision-making, and build scalable infrastructure that enables continued growth.
Responsibilities
Acts as a key advisor to executive leadership, driving financial strategy, capital allocation, and data-driven decision-making.
Oversees budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and financial modeling to support performance management and long‑term planning.
Ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance (U.S. GAAP), and strong internal controls across all operations.
Leads cash flow, banking relationships, capital structure, and risk management, including tax and audit oversight.
Build and develop a high‑performing finance team while enhancing systems, processes, and infrastructure to support scalability and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related (MBA/CPA preferred)
10–15+ years finance/accounting experience; 5–7+ in senior leadership
Industry experience (manufacturing, distribution, logistics) preferred
Expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, treasury
Proficient with ERP systems, financial modeling, and BI tools
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
Focus on continuous improvement, scalability, and efficiency
