Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA, or CMA preferred
10 years' relevant experience
Strong leadership skills
Familiarity with accounting and spreadsheet applications
Responsibilities
Establishes and executes programs to provide the capital required by the business, including negotiating the procurement of capital and maintaining the necessary financial arrangements.
Manage the cash flow position of the company.
Approves all agreements concerning financial obligations, such as contracts for products or services.
Provides advice on all matters to the President and assists in the formulation of overall corporate objectives.
