Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Finance. The Vice President Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and performing high-level financial analysis. The role involves strategic financial decision-making to enhance the overall fiscal health of the organization and supports the executive management team with key financial insights.
Qualifications
-CPA Preferred
-Healthcare Experience with RCM a must!
Strong Financial Planning and Finance management skills
Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
Excellent Financial Reporting capabilities
Highly developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategic planning
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
