Job description
The private equity firm has approximately $2Bn in assets under management (AUM) with a middle market growth equity strategy. They offer a collegial, collaborative culture where they expect each of their employees to add value given the exposure to the business leaders.
About the Position:
The VP of Finance will be responsible for:
Oversight of Fund Investments
Review fund financial statements from fund administrator
Review capital calls and distributions
Review LP and GP allocations
Manage annual audit of Management Company and other entities
Full coordination with Big 4 Auditors
Author all required disclosures, footnotes, etc.
All financial responsibilities for Holding Group, Management Company., etc.
Monthly closing
Financial statement preparation and analysis
Management Fee Calculation
Credit relationships – tailored / customized reporting
Management reporting
Ad hoc projects
New fund launches / test trading
Financial forecasts for existing and potential new businesses
Tax support – liaise / coordinate with Tax Director
K-1 review and support
Work closely with deal team to review valuation of investments
