PE backed SaaS company in the greater Boston area is seeking a Vice President FP&A to lead all financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning activity. This role will report into the CFO and manage a small team. We are targeting candidates with 12+ years of FP&A experience working in the SaaS or FinTech industry.
Lead the annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
Monitor business performance, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation.
Prepare executive and Board-level financial reporting and presentations.
Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Lead, develop, and mentor the FP&A team.
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, reporting, and systems.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to influence executive leadership and partner across functions.
Experience with ERP and financial planning systems preferred.
COMP: $250--275k Base + Bonus + Equity
Boston local candidates only - Hybrid in office 4 days per week
