Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Vice President to lead Employee Engagement and Volunteerism (EEV) within US CR. You will develop and implement strategies for skills-based volunteering, employee engagement programs, and capacity-building initiatives aligned with the firm’s talent and culture priorities.
You will report to the US Head of EEV, collaborate across CR functions, and manage programs from design through execution, including partnerships and communications to maximize impact.
