Are you excited by challenges?Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment? Now is the time to join Quorum Software, a rapidly growing company and industry leader in oil & gas transformation.

Quorum Software is the world's largest provider of digital technology focused solely on business workflows that empower the next evolution of energy. Our industry-leading solutions are transforming energy companies across the entire value chain, helping visionary leaders evolve their organizations into modern energy companies.

Overview

Quorum is looking for a Vice President, Global Business Applications, to join our executive leadership team. This position reports directly to the CIO & Senior Vice President, Information Technology, and serves as a key technology executive responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and the enterprise data and analytics platform across the organization. The VP will own the global applications vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that Quorum's technology ecosystem scales in lockstep with its rapid growth agenda.

This is a hands-on executive role . The ideal candidate leads from the front, equally comfortable setting strategy in the boardroom and rolling up their sleeves to work directly alongside architects, developers, and functional teams to solve complex problems. We are not looking for a purely people-managing executive; we need a leader who remains deeply engaged in the technical and functional details of the platforms and programs they own.

Ideal candidates are seasoned technology executives with a proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-platform enterprise application portfolios, including Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce.com, across complex, global organizations. This leader will bring a blend of strategic vision, executive presence, and deep technical fluency to drive transformational outcomes across the business.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and own the global applications vision and multi-year strategy, aligning enterprise technology capabilities with Quorum's corporate growth objectives and digital transformation agenda.

Serve as a trusted technology advisor to C-suite and executive business leaders, translating complex technology opportunities into actionable business value.

Lead the evaluation and adoption of new capabilities across the enterprise application portfolio, including the AI and automation features delivered natively by core platforms, adopted within the standards and platform services provided by Quorum's enterprise AI function.

Partner with the CIO and peer executives to shape the enterprise technology architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment across applications, infrastructure, data, and security domains.

Program & Delivery Excellence

Oversee the architecture and deployment of large-scale, global programs including Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and other mission-critical platforms across multiple simultaneous workstreams, regions, and business units.

Drive a multi-system integration strategy, ensuring seamless interoperability across CRM, ERP, HCM, data platforms, and third-party applications through API management, middleware, and iPaaS solutions.

Govern cloud application platform strategy across SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and cost efficiency.

Own the enterprise data and analytics platform and reporting layer, ensuring the enterprise data warehouse, semantic models, and executive reporting deliver trusted, decision-ready data to Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Champion Agile and DevSecOps delivery practices across application teams, accelerating time-to-value while maintaining quality and compliance.

Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for critical application programs, ensuring business impacts are proactively identified, managed, and resolved.

People & Organization

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of application managers, architects, developers, data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and outsourced partners, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Cultivate talent pipelines and upskill the team across both traditional application disciplines and the AI-enabled capabilities now embedded in enterprise platforms.

Mentor and coach senior managers and directors across the Applications and Data & Analytics organization, developing the next generation of technology leaders.

Financial & Vendor Governance

Own and manage a significant operating and capital budget, including multi-year investment planning for applications and platform modernization initiatives.

Develop and present executive-level business cases for technology investments, articulating ROI, risk, and strategic alignment.

Negotiate and govern strategic vendor relationships and enterprise contracts, ensuring delivery commitments, SLA performance, and cost optimization across all platforms and partners.

Conduct periodic portfolio reviews of global licenses and subscriptions, ensuring appropriate utilization and budget alignment.

Compliance, Risk & Continuity

Ensure all applications meet security, regulatory, data privacy, and governance requirements across all jurisdictions in which Quorum operates.

Provide executive leadership for business continuity and disaster recovery strategy, planning, and testing across the application landscape.

Establish and enforce release management, change control, and production governance standards across all application teams globally.
