About the Role

What You’ll Do
Lead M&A advisory projects, including valuations, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and deal closings.
Manage both buy-side and sell-side engagements while staying closely connected to clients throughout the process.
Build long-term client relationships that focus on trust, quality work, and measurable outcomes.
Support business development through relationship-building and referrals, not cold-calling
Mentor and coach junior staff while working alongside a supportive leadership team.
Deliver high-quality work while maintaining a manageable schedule that values both client success and personal time.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business (MBA or JD preferred).
6–10 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, law, or financial consulting.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills.
Experience leading projects or small teams.
Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CVA, or AM&AA are a plus.
