IB Sr. Analyst or Associate – Industrials Investment Banking (M&A)
Location: Charlotte, NC
The Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly expanding investment banking platform, is seeking a Investment Banking Senior Analyst or IB Associate to join its Industrials Coverage team in their Charlotte, NC office. This is a high-impact role offering immediate exposure to complex Industrial M&A transactions and direct collaboration with senior bankers across the firm.

What You’ll Do
Execute sell-side M&A transactions for leading and emerging Industrial Distribution companies & Brands.
Manage key workstreams including due diligence, valuation, modeling, and client deliverables.
Support business development initiatives and pitch execution alongside senior team members.
Interface directly with clients and investors throughout all phases of the transaction process.
What You Bring
2–4 years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on M&A, across any sector.
Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capabilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to excel in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
