Arco is working with a leading energy advisory platform interested in meeting exceptional bankers with midstream and energy infrastructure experience. The team advises clients on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions as energy infrastructure increasingly intersects with power, utilities, industrials, and digital infrastructure.
About the opportunity
This is an opportunity for a Vice President to take a leading role in transaction execution and client development within a well-established energy franchise. The successful candidate will bring strong M&A judgment, the ability to manage complex processes, and the confidence to work closely with senior bankers and clients. The team is particularly interested in bankers who can connect midstream expertise with the broader changes shaping energy infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across midstream and related energy infrastructure sectors
Manage transaction workstreams, including valuation, financial analysis, marketing materials, due diligence, and negotiations
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, counterparties, and external advisors throughout live processes
Develop transaction ideas and materials that support new business and deepen client relationships
Work across sector teams where midstream, power, utilities, industrials, and digital infrastructure converge
Supervise and develop Associates and Analysts, setting a high standard for analysis, materials, and execution
Skills and experience
Investment banking experience at the senior Associate or Vice President level, with meaningful exposure to midstream or energy infrastructure
A strong M&A execution background and the ability to run multiple workstreams with limited oversight
Sound valuation and financial modeling skills, paired with commercial judgment and clear communication
Experience working directly with senior bankers, clients, and external advisors
An interest in building a broader energy infrastructure practice as client needs evolve
What's on offer
A senior execution role within an established energy advisory platform
Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful client responsibility
Exposure to transactions across midstream and adjacent infrastructure sectors
The opportunity to help shape a growing area of the franchise
Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package
All expressions of interest will be handled with full discretion and treated in the strictest confidence.
