This is an opportunity to take the helm of a high‑performing international accounting organization, shaping the financial future of a rapidly evolving business. The VP of Accounting role is designed for an accomplished professional eager to step into a broader strategic seat — with a clear path toward the CFO role.
You’ll oversee global accounting, tax, and compliance operations, lead a geographically distributed team, and partner closely with senior executives to drive financial excellence, transparency, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Lead and evolve the global accounting, tax, and audit functions across multiple regions
Develop strategic frameworks for accounts payable, receivable, and tax operations that promote scalability and compliance
Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate regulatory impacts and align financial strategies accordingly
Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, financial reporting, and governance processes
Strengthen operational and financial control environments to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk
Drive system and process transformation across ERP, automation, and reporting tools
Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and transparency
Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse global accounting team to deliver best‑in‑class results
Provide insights and data‑driven recommendations to executive leadership and the board
What You Bring
CPA required; Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
Experience working in a PE‑backed company with a prominent PE fund
Proven track record leading large, complex, international accounting teams in a multi‑entity environment
Strong technical foundation in GAAP and global tax compliance
Experience driving system implementation or financial transformation initiatives
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
A balance of operational precision and strategic vision
A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and promotes accountability
What’s in It for You
This is not a maintenance role — it’s a career‑defining leadership opportunity for a finance executive who wants to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and prepare for the next step in the C‑suite.
Join a forward‑thinking organization where innovation, collaboration, and growth are more than buzzwords — they’re part of everyday business.
If you’re ready to lead with integrity, inspire with vision, and take ownership of global financial success, this is your moment. APPLY NOW!
