Vice President of Architecture and Engineering
$180,000 to $200,000 salary + 10% bonus

Report to CTO
Lead the architecture and software engineering teams
Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and technical evolution
Responsible for enterprise architecture, solution design, integrations
Establish engineering strategy and set technical direction and priorities
Identify, hire, develop and promote Directors, Managers, Team Leads
Drive the continued modernization of toward a modern architecture
Manage budgets to ensure investments align with strategy and roadmap
Establish clear expectations, performance measures, and accountability
