Zolman Restoration is seeking a Vice Presdient of Business Development to join our team!
The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for the overall commercial growth strategy and execution for Zolman Restoration.

Qualifications
A proven track record of growing commercial revenue
Established commercial/institutional relationships and the ability to develop new ones
Experience developing a high - performing Business Development team
Strong skill with improving sales processes and reporting
High growth drive balanced with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
Responsibilities
Achieving annual company sales goal
Growing commercial revenue
Building a predictable sales pipeline
Expanding strategic relationships
Increasing market share
Developing a high-performing Business Development team
Improving sales processes and reporting
Increasing enterprise value through sustainable revenue growth
Being accountable for $4-6M annually
Building executive-level client relationships
Developing strategic commercial opportunities
Pursuing large regional and national accounts
Participating in major presentations
Negotiating strategic partnerships
Representing Zolman at industry associations and networking events
Supporting significant proposal opportunities
